Gift cards - Services and packages

You must present this gift card when you visit. Valid only for the service indicated on the gift card. The price of the service may vary from one location to another; if the service is used in a location other than the one indicated on the gift card, a surcharge corresponding to the price difference may be required. For the thermal experience, limited number of places; online reservation not required but highly recommended. A credit card is required when booking online, but no charges will be made to the card unless you do not present yourself for your reservation. It is also possible to come directly to the spa without a fee and without a reservation, depending on availability. 16 years and older for the thermal experience. For massage therapy, treatments and events, we invite our clients to reserve several days in advance. A credit card number will be requested at the time of the reservation for security purposes. If you cancel or change your reservation less than 48 hours before your massage or treatment appointment, 50% of the price will be charged to your credit card, and within less than 24 hours, the full price will be charged. To cancel, please call 1-877-761-2772. Reservation for a massage or treatment does not include the thermal experience, but allows you to have priority access. Packages must be used in a single visit. No outside food or beverages, restaurant on site. Prices are subject to change without notice. A surcharge equivalent to the difference between the price of the service at the time of purchase of the gift card (as indicated on the gift card) and the current price at the time of use of the gift card may be required one year after the date of issue of this gift card. A surcharge may be required for special rates in high season and during certain events, dates available at www.stromspa.com. No promotion can be applied to products or services purchased with this gift card. Not valid for the purchase of gift cards or memberships. Not redeemable for cash and not refundable. Event tickets and online reservation of the thermal experience are not refundable or transferable. A 24-hour delay is required between the online purchase of a service or gift card and its use. The balance of the gift card can be checked with customer service or at any of our locations.

Prices listed on the website

All prices on the website are in Canadian funds, therefore you will be charged in Canadian dollars. If you are a living outside of Canada, a currency conversion to your local currency will automatically be performed by the institution that issued your credit card. Where applicable, and unless stated differently on the website, please note that the shipping costs and applicable sales taxes will be added to your bill. The prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Promo codes cannot be applied on other promotions, unless specified.

Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total price of your order (price of products, services, shipping costs and applicable taxes) as indicated on the website at the time of ordering. You also agree to honor your contract with the financial institution that issued your credit card.
