Relaxation from head to fingertips

The relaxation from head to fingertips massage focuses on the upper body: the head, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. This relaxing massage combines cranial therapy techniques with an understanding of the meridian points on the face to relieve muscle tension, reduce headaches and migraines, ease stress and induce a deep state of relaxation. The treatment includes a scalp massage using a brush and oil, and the use of volcanic stones on the neck to promote blood circulation. This massage is suitable for pregnant women. Please note that you will be lying on your back for the duration of the treatment.

Thermal experience + Laga flotation bath

Installations include, Outdoor whirlpools, thermal and Nordic baths, Finnish saunas, eucalyptus steam bath, thermal and Nordic waterfalls, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas with fireplaces.

The flotation bath provides multiple benefits such as creating a state of meditation and deep relaxation, relaxing tension and alleviating muscle fatigue. It also helps to reduce stress and anxiety by relaxing the nervous system.
