  • What is the minimum age to be able to enjoy the thermal experience?

    The minimum age to be able to enjoy the thermal experience is 16.

    Drøm evenings (Tuesday and Wednesday evenings) give young people aged 12 and over access to our facilities accompanied by an adult to learn about the benefits of thermotherapy. 
    It is mandatory to present a photo ID with date of birth (RAMQ, school, CEGEP, etc.) at the time of your visit in order to confirm your eligibility for this service.

    Børn mornings (sporadic dates throughout the year): for children aged 5 and over.
    If you would like a massage for a child, please make a reservation by calling 1-877-761-2772.

  • How can I make a reservation?

    Thermal experience

    Reservations are made online. The reservation calendar is generally available one month in advance. If the desired date is not yet available in the reservation calendar, we advise you to come back at another time.

    Massages and treatments

    Reservations can be made online at any time or by telephone.

    Packages

    If you have a package that includes the thermal experience, select the time slot that suits you best. If you have a package that includes a massage or treatment, simply book the services (massages and treatments) included in your package. When booking a massage or treatment, you don’t have to book your thermal experience, as your access is guaranteed, at an additional cost.

  • Can I book online with my gift card?

    To make a reservation, a credit card is required, even if you have a gift card (including WaySpa cards and other partners). You can use your gift card for any regular-priced service or product during your visit to the spa. No charges will be made upon reservation. No-show fees may apply.

  • Do I need to make a reservation?

    Thermal experience

    Booking is not mandatory, but recommended. It is always possible to access the thermal experience without a reservation when site traffic permits. Places without a reservation may be limited during busier periods.

    Massages and treatments

    Booking is strongly recommended. The earlier the better, but we advise you to book two weeks in advance to give yourself the best chance of getting the time slot you want. During high season, we recommend that you book a month in advance.

  • What happens if I don’t make a reservation for the thermal experience and the spa is full when I arrive?

    You can join our waiting list. To register, please provide a telephone number* that allows you to receive and send text messages.

    • As we allow our customers to use our facilities without a time limit, the waiting time cannot be estimated. Customers will be contacted as soon as possible on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • When we are able to welcome you, we will send you a notification. You have 10 minutes to reply YES or NO to the message. Once you have replied, you have 30 minutes to come to the reception, where we will be delighted to welcome you.

    *Please note that the telephone number used to send messages to customers does not allow a return call or text message.

  • Why can’t I book at any time of day?

    The time slots are designed to welcome you at the right time. This explains why some hours are not available.

  • What is the cancellation policy for the thermal experience?

    Reservation is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable and non-cashable. Valid only on the date and time reserved at the time of online booking and indicated on the electronic confirmation.

  • What is the cancellation policy for massages and treatments?

    • 48 hours or more before the appointment: free cancellation and modification
    • Less than 48 hours before the appointment: 50% of the price will be charged to your credit card
    • Less than 24 hours before the appointment: the total amount will be charged to your credit card

  • I’ve booked for several people, but my confirmation email only shows my name. Is this normal?

    Yes, this is normal. Our online booking system sends confirmation emails to each person in the group separately. You will therefore only see your personal booking information.

  • How far in advance do I need to arrive before my booking?

    The time slots have been set to ensure that you arrive at the right time. Please arrive at the time you have booked.

    Massages and treatments

    To make the most of your appointment, we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes early. This will give you time to complete the health questionnaire before your massage or treatment begins.

  • Is it possible to book all types of massages and treatments online?

    All our treatments are available online. 

    Most of our massages are available online. If the massage you’re looking for isn’t on the list, you can make a reservation by calling 1-877-761-2772.

  • Can I book online with a specific therapist?

    Yes, you can select the therapist of your choice when booking online. The option will appear once you have selected the desired massage.

  • Can I book a massage for children (aged 4 to 15) online?

    No. Please note that an adult must accompany the child during the massage. If you would like a massage for a child, please make a reservation by calling 1-877-761-2772.

  • Can I book a duo massage online?

    Yes, you can book a massage for two (in the same room) online. If the massage combination you are interested in is not available, please book by calling 1-877-761-2772.

  • Can I book a nail treatment if I have resin nails?

    Our nail treatments are done on natural nails (with or without nail polish) only.

  • Is it possible to book a table in your restaurants?

    Yes, if you have already booked the thermal experience, a massage or a treatment, you will find a link in the confirmation email for your spa services.

    You can also make a reservation at the spa reception when you arrive, but we cannot guarantee availability at the desired time.
