Access to the thermal experience is guaranteed with the reservation of a treatment or massage (entrance fee to the thermal experience not included). For packages and gift cards that do not include a treatment or massage, online reservation of the thermal experience is possible by choosing the reserved comfort access. This reservation deposit can be used on site as a credit or be refunded to you following your visit. We recommend that you read carefully our terms and conditions and our cancellation policy.
