    The flotation bath provides multiple benefits such as creating a state of meditation and deep relaxation, relaxing tension and alleviating muscle fatigue. It also helps to reduce stress and anxiety by relaxing the nervous system.

    The rental of a bathrobe, a towel and a locker is included in the entry price. It is recommended not to shave or wax the same day of the Laga flotation bath experience. *Does not include the online thermal experience reservation.     Every Tuesday and Wednesday evening, from 5 to 10 p.m., teenagers from 12 to 17 years old* are invited to come and enjoy the Strøm experience accompanied by an adult.

    The perfect occasion to unwind as a family in all quietness and silence**, and prepare for sleep. A rejuvenating experience, especially for our teenagers.

    Maximum of two teenagers per adult.

    *It is mandatory to present a photo ID with date of birth (RAMQ, school, CEGEP, etc.) at the time of your visit in order to confirm your eligibility for this service. **Surveillance on site.
