Discover the Laboratoire culinaire Nord, a Nordic-inspired gastronomic space in Chambly.

It’s in the laboratory kitchen that the recipes are masterfully developed, then tested, retested and finally validated, in a waltz led by chef Raphaël Podlasiewicz and his brigade. Ideation, creation, trial and error: the laboratory is the source of all innovations, and it’s here that Nordic inspirations, alchemy of flavours and fresh local ingredients come together in outstanding dishes.

  • What should you bring?

    A bathing suit, sandals (mandatory), a reusable water bottle, a waterproof bag to put your wet bathing suit in at the end of your visit, sunglasses or a hat, depending on the season. Swimsuits, sandals and reusable bottles are on sale at our boutique*. Hats, headbands and sunscreen are also available.

    *Please note that we do not accept cash on site. Please have a debit, credit or gift card in your possession.

  • Is it possible to talk on the site?

    Quiet and whispering areas allow you to adapt your relaxation experience to your needs. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, please remain silent in the designated areas.

  • How far in advance do I need to book my group?

    We require a minimum of one month's notice for group bookings.

  • When are groups accepted?

    Groups are accepted Monday to Thursday at all times, and Friday from 5pm. Certain exceptions may be made depending on the period.

  • What are the group discounts?

  • Can we all eat out together?

    Please submit your request to see the availability at the restaurant for your group.

  • Can I cancel or modify my reservation once the agreement has been signed?

    Reservations may be changed or cancelled, subject to charges depending on the time of change or cancellation.
