Congratulations! You now have access to Disconnection Day, a unique opportunity to disconnect from everyday life and enjoy a full day dedicated to well-being in one of Strøm’s Nordic spas. We hope this experience will contribute to your work-life balance.
How can you take part?
You will be entitled to a Disconnection Day including a thermal experience in one of the Strøm Nordic Spa locations. You will have access to our facilities, which include outdoor whirlpools, hot and cold baths, Finnish saunas, a eucalyptus steam bath, thermal and Nordic waterfalls and several indoor and outdoor relaxation areas with fireplaces. The rental of a bathrobe, towel and locker is included.
Here’s how you can make the most of this experience:
- Inform your manager: Communicate your intention to take your Disconnection Day. Make sure you follow the internal procedures that have been shared with you.
- Choose your date: Select the day of the week that best suits your schedule. You must use your Disconnection Day as a day off work, taken between Monday and Friday or after 5 p.m.
- Book: Follow the instructions in the How do I book section.
- Take advantage: Once you’ve booked, you can take time to decompress and return to work with renewed energy. Don’t forget to bring your gift card, swimsuit, water bottle and sandals.
How do I book?
Make sure you bring the gift card offered by your employer to take advantage of your Disconnection Day. Then click on the link below to make your reservation. You will be asked for a credit card number as a guarantee only. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking, but may be charged if you do not show up for your reservation. Payment for the thermal experience will be made on site at the time of your visit using the gift card provided by your employer. Please give this gift card to the agent at the front desk upon arrival.

Complementary services
Discover our complete and varied selection of treatments and massages provided by certified experts. We suggest you book these treatments online several weeks in advance. When you book a massage or treatment online, there is no need to reserve your access to the thermal experience, as you are automatically guaranteed entry. Payment for the complementary treatment will be made on site at the time of your visit.
During your visit, why not enrich your experience with a meal at our Nord restaurant? A gastronomic and creative space, the Nord restaurant offers Nordic-inspired cuisine featuring local artisans and fresh local ingredients. Reservations for Nord restaurant should be made at the front desk when you arrive at the spa. Payment will be made at the restaurant.
