  • What methods of payment are accepted at the restaurant?

    We accept payments by debit, credit and gift card. Please note that we do not accept WaySpa cards or cash.

  • Can restaurants accommodate food allergies, intolerances or preferences?

    Our menus are designed with well-being and inclusivity in mind. We offer nut-free, gluten-free and lactose-free options, as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes, all clearly specified. If you have any allergies or special requirements, please speak to your waiter.

  • Do restaurant prices include gratuities?

    Gratuities are not included in the restaurant prices or in gastronomic packages.

    We leave it up to you to add an amount at your discretion. A minimum of 15% of the total amount is suggested.

  • Is it possible to book a table in your restaurants?

    Yes, you can do so at the end of your online booking or by clicking the link in your confirmation email.

    You can also book a table at Nord restaurant, whether or not you plan to access the spa facilities.
